The Philadelphia 76ers are one of the young, promising teams in the league and they will be featured on national television for the fourth time this season. Philadelphia's match-up against the Rockets on January 27 will be televised on ESPN in place of the Bulls vs. Heat. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 p.m at the Wells Fargo Center.

The Sixers are 0-3 in nationally televised games this season, falling to the Thunder on Opening Night on ESPN before being handled comfortably by both the Timberwolves on TNT and Lakers on ESPN.
Philadelphia and Houston met back on November 14, with the Rockets emerging victorious 115-88, sending the Sixers to their ninth loss in 10 games to start the season. They led by 12 after one and never let up the rest of the way.
