The Philadelphia Eagles bolstered their offense this past week, but in doing so, they lost the financial ability to sign one of their defensive tackles. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the former third round pick is headed to Kansas City.
To fill expected void, Chiefs and former Eagles DT Bennie Logan reach agreement on 1-year deal, per source. Looks like Dontari Poe moves on.

In his fourth season with the Eagles, Logan, 27, tallied 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and 16 tackles. Howie Roseman seemed intent on bringing him back when he spoke to the media following the signings of Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith, but the organization will have to move forward without their best run-stopper on the defensive line.
With Logan headed to the Chiefs, expect Destiny Vaeao and Beau Allen to get more playing time in his spot.
