By Kevin Durso, Sports Talk Philly editor Flyers Forward Dale Weise Suspended for 3 Games

Just one game after getting Brayden Schenn back from a three-game suspension and with two games remaining on a six-game suspension to Radko Gudas, the Flyers are dealing with another disciplinary ruling.

Forward Dale Weise has been suspended for three games for an illegal check to the head on Korbinian Holzer during the second period of Thursday’s 3-2 loss to the Anaheim Ducks.

Weise has been scoreless so far this season, averaging 14:24 of ice time. Weise was signed by the Flyers on the first day of free agency this past July to a four-year deal.

Weise will be eligible to return to the Flyers next Thursday when the Flyers host the Arizona Coyotes. Roman Lyubimov is likely to fill in for Weise for the next three games.
