With the Phillies in Los Angeles for a three-game series, it marked the first time that long-time Phillies second baseman Chase Utley would face his former team since being traded last August.
Utley wasted no time in striking against his former team.
After a fly out to left in the first inning, Utley came up again in the second inning with the Dodgers leading 5-0 and hit a solo home run to right field to make it a 6-0 game.
Video of the home run can be seen here.
Utley hit 233 home runs with the Phillies, so this is hardly a foreign sight for Phillies fans, though it was just his eighth home run of the season.
At the end of the fifth inning, the Phillies are trailing the Dodgers, 7-3.
