As if Eric Lindros getting inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame wasn't great-enough news, it managed to get even better.
Mikael Renberg will head to Toronto to play alongside Lindros and John LeClair in the Legends Classic, reuniting one of the most prolific scoring lines in franchise history. The Legion of Doom will take the ice with Team Lindros against Team Salming, comprised of Toronto Maple Leafs legends.

Evidently, Lindros and Renberg's contributions to the Leafs did not merit consideration for Team Salming
Lindros and LeClair previously reunited in 2011 for the Winter Classic Alumni Game against New York Rangers alumni, with Lindros setting LeClair up for the game's first goal. Renberg was unable to attend, as he had to broadcast a World Juniors game for Sweden's SVT television network. (I, too, am familiar with not being able to play hockey with friends because of work-related obligations).
Renberg was present in 2014 when Lindros and LeClair were inducted into the Flyers Hall of Fame, and he will surely receive that honor in due time. November will mark their first on-ice reunion, however.
The Legends Classic is set for Nov. 13 at Toronto's Air Canada Centre, as part of Hockey Hall of Fame weekend as well as the Maple Leafs' centennial season. Paul Coffey, Doug Gilmour, Darryl Sittler and Wendel Clark are among the other legends scheduled to play, with more to be announced.
