PHILADELPHIA— With scouts in attendance from a number of teams around the league to watch Jeremy Hellickson, the 28-year-old right-hander didn't disappoint. He went a season-high eight innings, allowing one run on five hits while striking out eight in what could be his final start in a Phillies uniform.
