NBA free agency begins on July 1 and the Philadelphia 76ers are a team that could very likely be active in the market for a guard with their current lack of depth at that position. Earlier on Tuesday, a report surfaced that the Sixers plan to be "serious suitors" for Warriors forward Harrison Barnes. It seems like there's another restricted free agent on their mind, Thunder guard Dion Waiters.
The Philadelphia 76ers and Sacramento Kings have interest in Oklahoma City Thunder restricted free agent Dion Waiters, per league sources.

Waiters, 24, was the fourth overall pick in the 2012 draft by the Cavaliers. The 24-year-old guard was dealt to Oklahoma City in January 2015 in the three-team trade that sent J.R. Smith to Cleveland.
During the 2015-16 season, Waiters averaged 9.8 points and 2.0 assists per game. He shot 39.9 percent from the floor and just under 36 percent from three-point range. He's a career 33.4 percent shooter from beyond the arc.
