With the 26th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, the Philadelphia 76ers selected 18-year-old guard Furkan Korkmaz, who played for Anadolu Efes.
Draft Express had this breakdown of the No. 26 overall pick:
Doing most of his damage in spot up situations, Korkmaz may lack strength and a degree of creativity off the dribble at the moment, but he has an obvious NBA skill in his ability to hit shots from the perimeter, where he posts impressive percentages overall and runs particularly hot at times. He's also a strong passer with an excellent feel for the game, contributing to his team's ball-movement with his court vision and showing some ability to create offense out of the pick and roll and closeout situations in different settings.
Beyond his ability as a player, there's no doubt that being teammates with Dario Saric, who the Sixers hope to ultimately make comfortable in Philadelphia, factored into the selection of Korkmaz. However, like Saric, it will cost the Sixers to bring Korkmaz to America, which reportedly means that he won't play for the Sixers right away.

It's unclear if Korkmaz not coming to America this season will have any impact on whether Saric chooses to join the team. Frankly, it's not entirely clear whether Korkmaz will ever play for the Sixers, though his connection to Saric would seem to increase his chances.
Earlier in the evening the Sixers selected LSU Forward Ben Simmons with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, making him the first No. 1 pick that the team has made since selecting Hall of Famer Allen Iverson in 1996. They also added small forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot with the No. 24 pick in the draft.
