Flyerdelphia Playoff Bracket Challenge Update: First Round Results
The first round came to a close on Wednesday night with the Nashville Predators defeating the Anaheim Ducks in Game 7 in Anaheim. Ironically, the second round of the playoffs began on Wednesday night as well with the New York Islanders 4-3 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 1 from Tampa.
Prior to the start of the playoffs, members of the Flyerdelphia staff made their picks in the NHL Bracket Challenge. Each correct team to advance to the second round was worth 10 points and each correct series length was worth an additional three bonus points.
