A home that has housed two Philadelphia sports legends can be yours, for just a small fortune.
According to the Neal J. Leitereg of Los Angeles Times, Chase Utley has listed his house in Gladwyne for sale with a $3.495 million asking price.
The article also notes that Utley bought the house in 2012 for just over $2.3 million, meaning that him and his wife Jen believe that they have improved the house enough through renovations that it is worth more than $1 million more than when he bought it just a few short years ago.
Recently renovated in a more contemporary style, the 8,141-square-foot house features subdued tones, modern light fixtures and light, wide-plank wood floors throughout.
According to Zillow, the six bedroom house could be mortgaged at $1,537 a month, or rented for just $16,778 per month. For those lucky enough to be able to afford that, or who just want a look at what Utley's life in Philadelphia may have been like, you can take a virtual tour of the house here.
In addition to Utley, Allen Iverson also owned the house. To a degree, buying a house that those two owned would be a cool story, though if you are buying a house in that price-range, there's a good chance to someone famous once owned the house.
