Flyers return home for Game 3 against Capitals
The series shifts back to Philadelphia for what is sure to be an emotional game. For the Flyers, it is a must-win if they want their season to extend beyond this week.
The Flyers face a 2-0 deficit in the series after losses in Washington on Thursday and Saturday. The Capitals come in with full control and in the driver's seat to claim the series.

For Steve Mason, this is a bounce back game for so many reasons. He needs to shake off a fluke goal from Jason Chimera in Game 2, but needs to be solid in net to give the Flyers any chance as well. That takes collective team defense, but Mason can't have any lapses either.
The story of the series has been Braden Holtby. The Capitals goalie has a 19-save shutout and a 41-save effort in Washington's 4-1 win in Game 2, two performances indicative of his entire season.
