Philadelphia Eagles rookie linebacker Jordan Hicks has been a pivotal player in the team's defense this season. The third-round pick was thrust into a starting inside linebacker position after injuries to Mychal Kendricks and Kiko Alonso in Week 2 of the regular season.
Hicks had a 67-yard interception return for a touchdown in the Eagles 33-27 overtime victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night.
However, Hicks was forced to leave the game with a pectoral injury after making a tackle on Cowboys wide receiver Cole Beasley.
After the game, Hicks seemed like he would be fine. He had an MRI on Monday.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Hicks will be out 2-4 weeks.
