The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly lost a member of their defensive line for the next couple of weeks.
Starting defensive end Cedric Thornton will be out for at least two or three weeks with a right hand injury.

One would think that Thornton got injured in yesterday's 20-10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, but he didn't leave the game early.
With Thornton sidelined, the Eagles will ask second-year defensive end Taylor Hart and Vinny Curry to step up.
Thornton signed with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He earned a starting spot on the Eagles defensive line in 2013. He is known for being good at stuffing the run.
The Eagles will hope for a speedy recovery.
