While MLB's Midsummer Classic may have ended on Tuesday night, on Wednesday, the Triple-A All-Star Game took place in Omaha, Nebraska, home of the Royals Triple-A team, the Storm Chasers. The lone representative from the Ironpigs for the International League was infielder Tyler Henson. Hitting just .263 on the season, Henson was drafted by the Orioles in the fifth round of the 2006 draft. He has 16 doubles and has driven in 39 runs. Now in his second season in the Phillies organization, the 27-year-old traveled to Nebraska to take part in the All-Star Game and went 1-for-3 at the plate, with his one hit being the difference maker for the International League All-Stars.

With the IL trailing the Pacific Coast League 3-1 in the ninth, Kyle Roller of the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Railriders (Triple-A Yankees) ripped a game-tying two-run single to center with one out to score Nationals farmhand Jason Martinson and Red Sox prospect Jackie Bradley Jr. Ironpigs second baseman Tyler Henson stepped to the plate with the game locked at three and hit a soft liner to center field, scoring Pirates prospect Alen Hanson, giving the IL a 4-3 advantage.

Indianapolis Indians (Triple-A Pirates) closer Blake Wood walked two in the bottom of the frame, but escaped the jam after getting Nashville's (Triple-A Athletics) Jason Pridie to strike out swinging.

The Ironpigs begin the second half of their season on Thursday night in Rochester at 7:05. Aaron Nola (3-0, 2.43 ERA) is scheduled to start for Lehigh Valley. The Rochester Red Wings are the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins
