In three games with the Phillies, Chad Billingsley, signed as a free agent after missing the 2014 season, has racked up an 0-2 record with an ERA of 6.75. Last starting on May 15, he was activated from the 15-day DL today as the Phils sent Aaron Harang to the DL with plantar fasciitis. Matt Garza of the Brewers lost his previous start against the Twins, allowing five hits and four runs in six innings.
