The Eagles look to strengthen their offensive line with an under-the-radar signing. That would be former Seattle Seahawks offensive guard John Moffitt. Moffitt's signing is somewhat unexpected because he walked away from the game.
Ross Jones of Fox Sports reported:
#Eagles set to sign offensive guard John Moffitt to one-year deal, source tells @FOXSports.

Moffitt had retired and is looking to make a comeback.
On NFL.com, found high praise of Moffitt from ESPN's Jay Glazer:
"I have never been so proud of a guy I've trained than I am of John Moffitt," FOX Sports' Jay Glazer wrote last week. "Retired two years ago (because) he knew he had drug issues, took time to go to rehab, clean up his life, beat his demons and he has taken his life back! Guy inspires us every day."
Moffit has on his record an arrest for battery and drug use.
