When Eagles General Manager Howie Roseman lost his power in organization decisions to Head Coach Chip Kelly, Kelly began bringing more of his own guys into the fold. Now that the draft is complete, the heads keep rolling. According to a report, three members of the Eagles scouting staff have been dismissed.
Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News reports that three members of the Eagles scouting staff have been dismissed.:

At the conclusion of the draft is a common time for scouts to be let go.
Should Kelly have dismissed scouts prior to the draft (say back when he took control), then the dismissed members of the staff would have been available for hire by any other team. Hiring Patch, Mueller, or Obee, would give the team that hires them access to the Eagles' full draft strategy and line of thinking.
Thus, now that the draft is complete, they have been relieved of their duties.
