My birthday is September 12. That means, on Monday, it will be four months since my birthday. Yet, the Phillies, who should be well-aware of my birthdate with five seasons of full-season ticket subscriptions, sent me a birthday email today, January 7.
I thought I would take advantage of such a deal, but I was unable to buy tickets to either August 5 or August 6 to see Jimmy Rollins back in town, but no such luck; those two games are not part of the deal. Neither is September 12, my actual birthday.
