Phillies second baseman Chase Utley issued a statement today, responding to the trade of shortstop Jimmy Rollins, his double-play partner for the last 11 years.
Through the Phillies Twitter account, Utley said:

Of course, Utley probably made the statement 10 days ago…
Utley would be moved this offseason, too, should Utley decide he would like to. Utley would be a good fit with either the San Francisco Giants, or the New York Yankees, who just traded their likely second baseman in Martin Prado.
