Five days ago, the Phillies and Dodgers agreed on a deal that would send shortstop Jimmy Rollins to the Dodgers. All this time later, Rollins still remains listed on the Phillies' 40-man roster. Indications were that Matt Kemp, headed from the Dodgers to the Padres in the deal, needed to take a physical for the deal to be official.
Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports reports:

The Phillies reportedly will receive Padres pitching prospect Zach Elfin in the deal, whose contract the Dodgers cannot trade until they receive Elfin and Yasmani Grandal for Kemp.
Meanwhile, the Phillies team shop has removed Jimmy Rollins' jersey from available players jerseys for sale. However, Phillies holiday shoppers can still purchase a Roberto Hernandez or John Mayberry jersey. Hernandez is a free agent after spending the latter part of last season with the Dodgers. Mayberry is on already his second team since the Phillies traded him to the Blue Jays.
