Back on September 1st, Cole Hamels, Jake Diekman, Ken Giles and Jonthan Papelbon tossed a combined no-hitter against the Atlanta Braves, the 11th all-time in Major League Baseball and the first combined no-no in Phillies history. The Phillies planned to honor the four pitchers who were a part of this prior to Monday's game, but the joke was on rookie flamethrower, Ken Giles.
After taking the mic to start things, Jonathan Papelbon stated that someone would speak on behalf of all four pitchers and immediately handed the mic over to the shy, unsuspecting Giles. Take a look at Giles reaction and his "speech"…
