The Phillies' entire 40-man roster is now under contract. The Phillies' own Twitter account announced that the Phillies and Revere have avoided arbitration and signed a one-year deal:
#Phillies and OF @BenRevere9 have avoided arbitration, agreeing to a 1-year contract. #GoPhils14

Revere was the last player under Phillies control who was not signed for 2014.
Jim Salisbury of CSN Philly reports that the deal is worth $1.95 million for 2014. The $1.95 million figure is right around the midpoint of the figures each side submitted. Revere had asked for $2.425 million for 2014. The Phillies were willing to go $1.4 million.
Matt Swartz of MLBTradeRumors.com projected Revere to earn $1.5 million in 2014.
