In the hours following the Eagles rout of the Raiders last Sunday, the stars seemed to align for the Eagles as their next opponent played on Monday.

When Aaron Rodgers went down with a collarbone injury, the Eagles chances on Sunday as they play at Lambeau Field certainly improved. Despite that, this is a test for the Eagles, especially based on how Nick Foles performed following his first NFC Offensive Player of the Week just a few weeks ago against the Dallas Cowboys.

It will be interesting to see if the Eagles attempt to repeat the air attack that helped them win last Sunday against the Raiders. Foles led that attack by spreading the ball around to various receivers, finding Riley Cooper for three touchdowns and factoring in tight ends Brent Celek and Zach Ertz.

LeSean McCoy was limited on the ground last week and has been struggling of late, but he did contribute to last week's scoring with a 25-yard touchdown reception. Foles and the Eagles have been trying to factor him into the game more with screens.

The Packers, without Rodgers, turn to Seneca Wallace at quarterback. In Rodgers' absence on Monday, Wallace was 11-for-19 passing for 114 yards with one interception.

The Packers also possess the third-best running game in the NFL with the duo of Eddie Lacy and James Starks. Green Bay also uses the combination of receivers Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb.

Defensively, the Packers are excellent at stopping the run, fifth in the NFL. A.J. Hawk, Clay Matthews and Nick Perry make up one of the best linebacking groups in the NFL.

If the Eagles are to be successful, they need to find a way to mix up the playcalling and still gain positive yardage using the run. The Eagles won't be able to abandon the run for a stronger passing game like they did against the Raiders, and they will face serious trouble if the passing game struggles.
