Michael Vick continues to be limited at Eagles practice as he recovers from a hamstring pull.
Almost as expected, Michael Vick was limited in practice on Wednesday.
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly was coy as ever Wednesday when it comes to naming his starting quarterback for Sunday's matchup on the not so frozen tundra of Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers Sunday.
"Nick will take the start in practice today," Kelly said Wednesday. "I want consistency out of my football team and that includes consistency out of me when you ask [about the starting quarterback]."
With that the Eagles quarterback watch stretched into week ten in spite of Nick Foles slinging an NFL record tying seven touchdown passes Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
Vick was seen practicing in the early portion that media are allowed to watch Wednesday but took very few passing reps, with Foles and Matt Barkley getting the majority of work. The 33-year old did not appear to be very mobile, still recovering from a pulled right hamstring.
Cedric Thornton missed practice Tuesday and did not participate on Wednesday, either while dealing with a knee injury. Thornton said Tuesday that he was taking a 'maintenence' day and the injury didn't appear to be serious.
Wide receiver Riley Cooper was sent home Tuesday with an illness but returned Wednesday as a full participant.
Meanwhile, Roc Carmichael (groin), Patrick Chung (shoulder), Damaris Johnson (ankle), Mychal Kendricks (ankle), Jason Peters (pectoral, shoulder) and Chris Polk (shoulder, knee) all practiced in full.
