Jonathan Pettibone should be a politician. Pettibone knows how to navigate in the town in which he works. Chris Christie, Governor of New Jersey, recently upset half of his state by making comments that he "hates" the Phillies.
Lets go eagles!!!

Recent days have seen a number of Phillies players root for other teams.
First, Phillies catcher Cameron Rupp declared that he was rooting for the Cowboys:
It almost game time!! This dude @UpstateBaller is cheerin for the wrong team tonight! Lets go @dallascowboys
— Cameron Rupp (@CameronRupp) September 8, 2013
While at the same time pointing out that Casper Wells was rooting for the New York Giants, which in-game he tweeted support for:
ELI TO CRUUUUUUZZZZZ!!! Lets go GMen!!

Shortly thereafter, Domonic Brown and Ben Revere were busy with their football viewing party, and Brown posted his support for the Dallas Cowboys:
Big win for my boys tonight . Great times . With my bro @benrevere9 #cowboys #nfl #football pic.twitter.com/wo2ZQVLubU

Meanwhile, Los Angeles-area native Justin De Fratus pronounced support for the Oakland Raiders:
Just Win Baby! http://t.co/k2Dbr74Vq5

De Fratus and Rupp are indeed from the areas in which their teams play. But Brown? Brown hails from Zephyrhills, Florida, and wrapped up his high school career in Georgia. No Texas in him.
But then again, Pettibone is from Yorba Linda, California. But, I will take his support.
Check out Eagledelphia for Andrew Gillen's preview, and later on Christine Schramm will recap the game for us.
