This didn't look promising from the sixth inning on, but another burst of offense would lead the Phillies to another comeback win, as crazy as it sounds.

Another rough start to tonight's game led the Brewers to scoring the first run. This happened in the top of the first when Corey Hart singled to score Ryan Braun. Cliff Lee's pitch count had already surpassed 20 by this point.

Shane Victorino doubled in the bottom half of the inning, and came around to score on an RBI single from Ryan Howard. All tied up.

Cliff Lee was cruising through the Brewers' lineup up until Ryan Braun shot a solo homer to center field off of him in the sixth inning. This gave his team a 2-1 lead, and it was Braun's 27th home run of the year. In the seventh, Zack Greinke also sent a ball deep in the seats for a solo shot. 3-1 Brew Crew.

Speaking of solo home runs, Cliff Lee gave up another one. Carlos Gomez went yard to left field, pushing his team's lead to 4-1. It doesn't end there. With Ryan Braun on base, Aramis Ramirez sent one to left, making it a 6-1 game.

That's where the line is drawn for Cliff tonight. His line: 7 IP, 12 H, 6 ER, 1 BB, 6 K. 92 Pitches, 72 for strikes. Michael Schwimer pitched a scoreless eighth striking out one.

In the bottom of the eighth, Erik Kratz continued the string of home runs by crushing a ball for a two-run homer. This brought the Phillies within three runs of tying. Also, all three of Kratz's hits this year have been home runs.

Then–the bases were loaded with three straight walks and two outs. So Carlos Ruiz thought he'd tie the game up with a bases-clearing double to deep left-center in the gap. Unbelievable.

It's not over yet. Chooch scored on an RBI single from Hunter Pence, giving the Phillies a 7-6 lead. Sound familiar at all yet? These bullpen implosions from Milwaukee are much appreciated.

Jonathan Papelbon came in with (what was left of the crowd who decided to stay, probably laughing at those who left in the seventh inning) fans buzzing all around him. He didn't disappoint. Paps closed it out with two strikeouts, the third out coming on a backwards K. Phillies win on another comback, 7-6.

The Phillies will go for the sweep tomorrow afternoon with Vance Worley on the mound at 1:05.
