"Well, that's not how you want to finish it.," Larry Andersen exclaimed.

Raul Valdez, Brian Sanches, and Jeremy Horst each blew saves en route to a 6-5 loss to the Houston Astros Tuesday in Kissimmee, capped by a Brian Bixler home run in the bottom of the 10th inning.

The good news is that all three of those are not likely to make the opening day roster and that Cole Hamels was sharp, going five innings allowing only one run, with four strikeouts and no walks.  Hamels allowed four kits.   Dave Bush also pitched a scoreless inning.

Offensively, Stephen Lerud went 2 for 2 with an RBI, Freddy Galvis, Pete Orr and Lou Montañez 2 for 3 each, and Domonic Brown 2 for 5 with a home run.
