According to multiple sources, the Phillies have placed LHP Cole Hamels on the disabled listed and recalled infielder Pete Orr.
According to David Murphy of the Daily News, Hamels will still start on Monday. Previously, the Phillies scheduled Kyle Kendrick to start Wednesday.
Orr will add infield depth at a time when the Phillies have lost Jimmy Rollins to the disabled list, and brought Placido Polanco back from it.
Previously, the Phillies had said that Hamels was day-to-day.
