The Flyers got aggressive early on Day 2, trading the 45th overall pick acquired from Arizona on Friday night and the 65th overall pick to Nashville for the 34th overall pick. With the 34th pick, the Flyers selected right winger Bobby Brink.
Brink is a 5'8", 165-pound winger who played last season for the Sioux City Musketeers in the USHL. He scored 35 goals and had 68 points in 43 games.
Brink is committed to University of Denver. The 17-year-old, who turns 18 on July 8, is one of the youngest players in the draft.
The Flyers will next be on the clock with the 72nd overall pick in the third round.
