Flyers-Jets: Game 49 Preview
By Kevin Durso, Sports Talk Philly editor
The Flyers last took the ice on Jan. 19 for a game in Montreal, coming away with a 5-2 win and heading into the bye week and All-Star break on a three-game winning streak. For a team that has wanted to get rolling for so long, it couldn't have come at a worse time.
The team returns to the ice on Monday, though, ready to return to game action. Their first opponent is one of the top teams in the Western Conference, the Winnipeg Jets, who enter tied for the Central Division lead.
Game time is at 7 p.m.

Back from a brief tune-up in the minors, Carter Hart is ready to go and looks to pick up where he left off before the break. He's won his last three starts and four of the last five, making at least 33 saves in all four wins.
Laurent Brossoit has been stellar when called upon as the Jets backup, winning 10 of his 12 starts, including the last seven. He allowed three or more goals in the first four games of that streak, but in his last three, he has allowed just three goals combined, including a 40-save shutout over Vancouver.
