Philadelphia Phillies star 1B/OF Rhys Hoskins has signed on with fellow star agent Scott Boras, according to NBC Sports Philadelphia Jim Salisbury's industry sources.
Hoskins was among 32 pre-arbitration Phillies players this past offseason, and was the only not able to reach a contract agreement. Instead, the Phillies renewed Hoskins' 2018 contract to $552,500, $7,500 over the big-league minimum. Hoskins' earliest arbitration eligibility is not until the 2021 season.
Boras also represents impending free agent outfielder Bryce Harper, who the Phillies are rumored to be among the favorites to sign this offseason.
