Just one week into his Double-A career, Philadelphia Phillies No. 3-ranked prospect OF Adam Haseley has been named Eastern League Player of the Week for the period of July 9-15, according to philly.com's Matt Breen.
Haseley, 22, was promoted from High-A Clearwater to Double-A Reading on Wednesday, after starting his second professional season slashing .300/.343/.415 with 13 doubles, five triples, five home runs, 38 RBI, 19 walks and seven stolen bases in 79 games.
In four games while making his Fightin' Phils debut against the Bowie Baysox from July 12-15, Haseley slashed .385/.500/923 with two singles, one double, two home runs, three RBI, two walks and two strikeouts spanning 16 plate appearances.

The 6'1", 195 lb. slugger led all Eastern League hitters in slugging percentage (.923) and home runs (2) last week. He also finished ranked among the weekly league leaders in OPS (1.423-2nd), extra-base hits (3-tied 2nd), total bases (12-tied 2nd), runs scored (5-3rd), and RBIs (3-tied 8th).
Haseley was selected eighth overall in last year's amateur draft.
