The #LeBronToPhilly movement is real, whether you like it or not. On Monday, a Philadelphia-based remodeling company purchased billboards along Cleveland’s I-480 highway to help lure the looming free agent to the City of Brotherly Love. On Tuesday, James said he was flattered by the act. One of the bigger stories going around rumor mill is that prior to the All-Star Game in L.A., James was in Philadelphia touring potential schools for his son. Even Sixers color analyst Alaa Abdelnaby heard form his brother than LeBron was in Philadelphia looking at schools.
“I’ve told this to a few other people, and I have no problem saying this, my brother lives in the Philadelphia area and he told me that LeBron, last week through a superintendent, was in the area checking out some private schools during the All-Star break,” Abdelnaby said.
The Sixers are in Cleveland on Thursday for a match-up with James and the Cavaliers and NBC Sports Philadelphia’s Jessica Camerato asked James if he was in Philadelphia at any time during the All-Star Break.

Back in September, James and his family were in Los Angeles looking at schools too, so read into this at your own risk.
