The Penn State is at it again.

Just last week, they were among the first major programs to extend DL Isaac Chukwurah of Delaware an offer.

Chukwurah was not a ranked prospect on 247, but Penn State’s offer is likely to turn other programs onto the lineman.

Ideally, that doesn’t matter, however, as four days after receiving the offer from the Nittany Lions, Chukwurah announced his commitment to the program.

Originally a zero-star prospect, 247 has already updated his profile post-commitment to make him a three-star prospect.

The other two power five schools that had offered him ahead of Penn State were Virginia Tech and Boston College last month.

Projecting as an edge rusher, the 2026 recruiting class for PSU football now has 12 commits with Chukwurah becoming the second DL in the class.

He is also the second commitment from Delaware for the 2026 class.

The class is currently ranked sixth in the 2026 cycle and third in the B1G.
