This marks the second time that Wentz has earned the award. The first time he won it was in week three last season against the Pittsburgh Steelers when Wentz threw for 301 yards and two touchdowns against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Wentz threw for 268 yards and four touchdowns on Monday night against the Redskins. He is just the third player in NFL history to win Offensive Player of the Week twice in his first two seasons over the last 25 years joining Cam Newton of the Carolina Panthers and Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks.
