Ben Simmons may be out for the season with his foot injury, but he is still actively practicing in preparation for his rookie season next year.
The 2016 number-one overall draft pick for the Sixers was involved in light practice drills on the court yesterday, and looked like he is still on the right track to recovery for the team.

Pompey also has five other parts of Simmons' practice session up on his Twitter feed. The practices were non-contact, purely 5-on-0 drills.
Head Coach Brett Brown was recently asked about his commitment to playing Simmons at the point guard position, and it looks like he still maintains his agreement on that topic.
Simmons will miss the rest of this season, so the debut of the highly-touted prospect will be on hold until next season. It's good to see Simmons practicing again as his rehab seems to be progressing, even though it seemed like the injury was worse than people thought originally.
