Following the trade that sent Mark Streit to Tampa Bay (and, later, across the state to Pittsburgh), the Flyers were left with one less alternate captain.
The "A" will now go to Pierre-Edouard Bellemare.
Mark Streit's A goes to Bellemare

Bellemare, in his third season as a Flyer, just signed an two-year extension on Wednesday to remain with the Orange and Black. He'll count for $1.45 against the cap.
Bellemare, who turns 32 on Monday, joined the Flyers immediately after a five-year run with Skellefteå AIK of the SHL. He's essentially been a mainstay on the team's fourth line throughout his time in Philly, and is one of their foremost penalty killers and defensive forwards.
In 62 games this season, Bellemare has three goals and six points. He's posted 16 goals and 32 points in 217 games with the Flyers.
Bellemare's been establishing himself as a vocal presence in the Flyers' dressing room, and that hasn't been overlooked. He's now been rewarded with the alternate captaincy, and though he's not the flashiest player to take the ice, it speaks volumes as to the intangibles he brings to the club on a nightly basis.
