On a chilly Wednesday night, one of the most fun things anyone can do is check out some Flyers action at Wells Fargo Center — especially when the pesky Washington Capitals are in town, in a rematch of last spring's first-round playoff series.
Vice President Joe Biden apparently feels the same way. After all, hockey games are a great way to unwind from the responsibilities of any job, and I'm sure the Vice Presidency is no different.
Via @TheOrangeNBlack on Twitter, the veep was spotted in the stands, watching the Flyers and Capitals duke it out.
The Vice President himself @JoeBiden is one section over from @annimallx3 and I. What up @VP? pic.twitter.com/h9I9yMOxFi

Biden, of course, is a Delaware native, and has frequented the Sports Complex for games on a number of occasions during his political career. His wife, Dr. Jill Biden, is also a well-known Flyers fan.
It's not every day you can take the ice and have a well-known dignitary like the Vice President cheering you on in the stands. Hopefully, his night at a Flyers game ends up better than the night of a certain other politician.
