The Philadelphia Eagles announced which jerseys they will wear in their Week 3 showdown with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
At 6’5″, 237 pounds with 4.49 speed, Dorial Green-Beckham could be a matchup nightmare for most defensive backs, especially if Carson Wentz can target him downfield and in the red zone. But Green-Beckham has yet to have a breakout game in the NFL. This week could be that game against the Steelers shaky secondary.
On the defensive side of the ball the Steelers secondary is not off to a great start. After two games, the Steelers are ranked 31st in the league against the pass. This is good news for Philly considering Wentz has been exceptional in the pocket so far.
In his meeting with the press this morning, Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich didn’t mince words when asked about some of the punishing hits to his starting quarterback.
