Former Flyers GM Ron Hextall is about to get back in the GM chair, as he is reportedly in negotiations with the Penguins to become their next GM, according to TSN’s Frank Seravalli.
The Flyers game on Tuesday night against the Washington Capitals has also been postponed, in addition to their games on Thursday and Saturday against the New Jersey Devils, as a result of ongoing COVID-19 issues with the Flyers.
Both games between the Flyers and Devils scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 11, and Saturday, Feb. 13, this week have now been postponed.
