The Eagles received some good news today – they may very well have their top receiver back for their match-up with the Titans this Sunday.
According to Coach Pederson, Alshon Jeffery has been cleared for contact.#FlyEaglesFly pic.twitter.com/pWIRfLg1MF

Jeffery is the Eagles top wide out and was absent from the first three games of this season as he recovered from a torn rotator cuff he suffered in the preseason last year.
Fans may remember he got off to a slow start in 2017 before he seemingly developed a repertoire with Wentz. Some of those issue may have just been Jeffery learning to deal with the injury. Last season he made 57 receptions for 789 yards and nine touchdowns before going off in the postseason and making an additional 12 catches for three touchdowns and 219 yards.
While he has been cleared for contact, that may not mean he plays against the Titans. He has been practicing in a limited capacity for a week now and was a full participant in practice today, so that may point to the Eagles planning to play him.
The Eagles could use him as their receiving corps has struggled with Nelson Agholor being the only viable option for the first two weeks and the birds will be facing off against the Titans whose passing defense is ranked eighth in both passing yards and receptions allowed.
