Herrera appeared in court on Wednesday and the case was dropped after the alleged victim would not testify.  However, despite the legal matter being resolved, Major League Baseball has given a heavy penalty.

Charges have been dropped against outfielder Odubel Herrera, but MLB will give a final determination.

With the offseason essentially complete except for a few re-signings to come, the guys look at what the Flyers did and analyze the offseason as a whole while also looking at some of the other signings and the teams in the Metropolitan Division and Eastern Conference.

The guys review the Flyers draft, analyze the Sanheim and Elliott deals and the Hartman trade, try to project what kind of deals Provorov, Konecny and Laughton could get and look at some possible free agent targets for the Flyers as free agency begins on July 1.
