The Eagles have made many moves this offseason that present creative contract situations and require some tweaking of contracts already in place. One of the players taking on a new contract of sorts is Connor Barwin.
Barwin's contract was restructured by the Eagles on Wednesday and confirmed in a tweet by Barwin.
I'm not going anywhere! Thanks Jeffrey, Chip, Howie and everyone in the @Eagles organization for their support. pic.twitter.com/rDKjBiAGha

Barwin led all NFC defensive players with 14 1/2 sacks in 2014 and has been a huge part of the Eagles defense since signing with the team during free agency in 2013.
Previously, Barwin's deal was six years and worth an average of $6 million per year and he was scheduled to make $6.4 million in 2015. But following a Pro Bowl season and Brandon Graham's new deal – worth $6.5 average annual – Barwin's contract will now reflect his status with the team.
Terms of the deal have not been released.
