While Philadelphia Eagles fans often spend time clamoring for the team to make their Kelly green throwback jerseys their primary jerseys, the fanbase doesn't blindly like all of the throwback jerseys that the team has. Neither does one of the franchise's greatest players ever.
On Sept. 23, 2007, the Philadelphia Eagles exploded for 56 points against the Detroit Lions, a moment that Brian Westbrook said in a recent social media post was one of the better moments in his career. He wasn't a fan of the baby blue-and-yellow throwback jerseys that the team donned that day, however:

The baby blue-and-yellow jerseys were worn as a replica of team's original jerseys because 2007 was the 75th season in the team's history. Westbrook wasn't alone in panning the jerseys, as the look both lacked an Eagle on the jersey and the helmets and ditched the green-and-white look that fans of the team have become accustomed to.
Nonetheless, it's not hard to see why Westbrook remembers the game so fondly. He had one of the best game's of his career, rushing for 110 yards and adding on 111 receiving yards. Westbrook combined for three of the eight touchdowns that the Eagles scored in a 56-21 win.
