Cliff Lee hasn't cleared waivers yet…But, he isn't going anywhere. Don't panic.
The Phillies could simply pull him back whenever they wanted to, unless they manage to work out a trade with another team, like the Texas Rangers. That's more unlikely, seeing as how the Phils might not be willing to eat Cliff's hefty salary for however many years.
The claim could still happen and they can dump him if they want to, it's all a matter of Cliff Lee. I don't believe he'll be going anywhere for quite a long time.
