After much speculation, it appears that DeSean Jackson has formally agreed to a new home. That home appears to be the Washington Redskins. After last night Tim McManus indicated that it was a "done deal", tonight the deal appears to be fully-agreed-to done.
According to NBC Washington's Dianna Marie Russini, the deal is complete:

Reports indicated that Jackson's agent did not leave the Redskins after Jackson himself left, sticking around until a deal was completed.
