The Eagles have re-signed Bryce Treggs to their practice squad.
Treggs was on the Eagles roster for nine games in 2016. He was targeted in only five of those games, making three receptions for 80 yards. He began this season with the team, making 12 receptions for 141 yards in four preseason games. After being beaten out for a spot on the 53-man roster by Marcus Johnson, he was signed to the practice squad before the Browns signed him on October 4.
He had played in six games for the Browns this season, making five catches for 79 yards, prior to being cut by the team yesterday. Just one day after being cut by the Cleveland Browns, Treggs was spotted at the NovaCare Complex.

In order to make room for Treggs on the practice squad, the Eagles have waived wide receiver Rashard Davis. Davis had been with the team since August.
