The Philadelphia Eagles released their final injury report prior to a Week 11 matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field.
Starting quarterback Sam Bradford is ruled out and will miss his first game of the season. He suffered a separated left shoulder and a concussion on a hit by linebacker Chris McCain in the third quarter of last week's 20-19 loss to the Miami Dolphins.
Backup Mark Sanchez is set to make is first start of the 2015 regular season. The Eagles went 4-4 last season with Sanchez starting under center. Thad Lewis will be active for the first time all season and will serve as the backup quarterback.
Running back Ryan Mathews has also been ruled out due to a concussion. With Mathews out, the Eagles will continue to give DeMarco Murray most of the touches, but we should also expect to see more of Darren Sproles in this game as well.
Starting left tackle Jason Peters is listed as questionable to play. Peters hasn't played a snap since being carted off the field in the first quarter of the Eagles Week 7 loss to the Carolina Panthers with a back injury. He was limited in practice on Thursday, but he didn't practice on Friday. If Peters is out again, Lane Johnson will start at left tackle and Dennis Kelly will start at right tackle for the third consecutive game.
Outside linebacker Connor Barwin (quadricep) and inside linebacker DeMeco Ryans (hamstring) are both probable to play. Barwin didn't practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday and was a full participant on Friday. Ryans was fully active throughout the week of practice.
Safety Walter Thurmond (hamstring) is also probable to play on Sunday afternoon. He practiced in full during the entire week of workouts.
Wide receiver Josh Huff (back) and backup offensive lineman Josh Andrews (concussion) are listed as probable.
Backup defensive back and special teams player Jerome Couplin will miss his second straight game with a shoulder injury.
