On Saturday, the Eagles made a flurry of roster moves.
Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports that the team waived Albert Huggins, promoted Josh Perkins and activated Cre’Von LeBlanc.
The #Eagles made some roster moves:
1. TE Josh Perkins promoted from the practice squad to the active roster
2. CB Cre'Von LeBlanc activated from Reserve/Injured.
3. They waived DT Albert Huggins.

Huggins was signed when Tim Jernigan was out, but he had not played too much, with Anthony Rush taking the majority of the snaps that fell to the third defensive tackle.
Rush will likely see a few more snaps with Huggins gone, though Genard Avery is also an option on passing downs.
LeBlanc has his 21-day practice window activated earlier this week and appears ready to play.
Jim Schwartz said he’d have a role, but how much of one is a mystery at this point.
Perkins was promoted to be available in case Zach Ertz can’t go on Sunday.
He had showed some promise early in 2018 when the Eagles had no receivers and were without Dallas Goedert, but was left on the practice squad in favor of Alex Ellis, who is now on injured reserve.
