The Eagles placed their second player on IR Wednesday night.
Veteran wideout Charles Johnson, who lead the AAF in receiving yards, was placed on injured reserve by the team.

The move makes room for the signing of offensive tackle Riley Mayfield, as was reported earlier today.
Placing Johnson on IR now means that he is ineligible to play the 2019 season.
The move is actually another classy on a for the Eagles as Johnson stood no chance of making the 53-man roster and will now receive some form of payment without having to be cut again.
